The Process
Every robot we supply follows the same clear pathway. No guesswork. No surprises. No disappearing after the sale.
You tell us what you need. We confirm what is possible. We handle compliance, delivery, and support. You receive the robot, the documentation, and a named partner who remains responsible.
This is how it works.
Step 1 — You tell us what you need
We start with your application, not our catalogue.
- What is the task? Inspection, patrol, security, research, hazardous environment?
- What is the environment? Indoor, outdoor, industrial, explosive, extreme heat or cold?
- What is the country and the timeline?
- What does success look like for you?
You do not need to know the model. You need to know the problem. We help with the rest.
Step 2 — We confirm what is possible
We review your requirements against the available robots and configurations.
- We recommend the right model — quadruped, humanoid, or explosion-proof
- We confirm the configuration, payload, and accessories
- We confirm availability and lead time
- We tell you honestly if a robot is not suitable for your application
We do not oversell. If a robot will not do the job, we say so.
Step 3 — We agree the terms
Before any order, everything is put in writing.
- Model, configuration, and accessories
- Price and delivery terms
- CE marking and documentation to be provided
- Certification status — clearly stated
- Service, training, and support terms
- Payment and delivery schedule
No verbal promises. No assumptions. Everything documented.
Step 4 — Compliance and documentation
Before delivery, every robot is checked against the Dutch Robo Standard.
- CE marking verified against the manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity
- Technical file, manuals, and safety information confirmed
- Serial numbers and traceability recorded
- Delivery record prepared
We do not deliver until the documentation is complete.
Step 5 — Delivery and handover
The robot arrives with its full record.
- Configuration confirmed against the order
- Condition checked at handover
- Documentation package delivered
- Named contact confirmed
You know exactly what you have received, and who to contact.
Step 6 — Installation and training
Where required, we support deployment.
- Setup and commissioning
- Operator training in English
- Maintenance training
- Safety and operating procedures
Your team is not left to figure it out alone.
Step 7 — Long-term support
A robot is a working asset, not a one-time transaction.
- Maintenance and repairs through our European network
- Spare parts pathway
- Software updates and technical support
- A named contact who remains responsible after the sale
We stay with the robot for its working life.
What we ask from you
To move quickly and accurately, we need:
- A clear description of the application
- The operating environment
- The country of deployment
- Your timeline and budget range
- Any certification or compliance requirements specific to your sector
The clearer your brief, the faster and more accurate our response.
What you can expect from us
- A reply within one business day
- Honest advice, including when a robot is not right for you
- Complete documentation before delivery
- A named European partner, not a call centre
- Support that continues after the sale
That is the process.
